Sponsorship costs fully eligible as "Other Costs" in european funded projects
You can sponsor the event as an organisation or as "an Horizon 2020 funded project" and provide instead the logo of your European funded project. In the latter case, the sponsorship fee is fully eligible cost for communication and dissemination activities under "other costs" category in your European funded project.

This means no logo may exceed any dimension, so a 300x120 logo may not be 320x50, or 280x130. If a sponsor only had a 300x300 logo, it would be scaled so that the height would be 120 as that's the largest it can be within the dimension boundaries.
